Localisation via GSM/GPS
with Felsenmeer and NovaLink
In collaboration with Felsenmeer, NovaLink has developed an interface between the NovaAlert alarm management and messaging system and the security system from Felsenmeer.
The combination of the two systems allows emergency calls to be sent from GMS handsets on any telephones, pagers, PCs, etc. In doing so, the alarm message and the location details ascertained via the GPS can be transmitted as a text or voice generated message.
In addition, NovaAlert is able to perform position monitoring by itself. This will offer protection to persons who work alone, in industry or in the health service.
