New: Support Requests Directly in the Partner Portal

Starting now, you can create support requests directly in the novalink Partner Portal, under Support & Downloads / Tickets. With this new feature in our partner portal, we greatly simplify support requests for our partners.

Key advantages:

  1. Practical Filter and Sorting Functions: Benefit from practical filter and sorting functions (open/closed tickets, own/company-wide tickets, etc.) and maintain a complete overview of your support cases.
  2. Track the History of Your Support Requests: View the history of your support requests at any time, eliminating the need for time-consuming follow-ups and tedious filling out of master data.
  3. Attach Files Without Size Restrictions: You can now attach all necessary files to your support requests without size limitations.

Your support requests have never been as simple and efficient as with our partner portal.

Important to note: The support form on the novalink website is no longer needed for creating support requests.
