Call-Charge Data (Call Detail Record, CDR)

NovaTax receives all the call-charge data records generated by one or more of any telephony system. Depending on the telephony system, these will either be transmitted via serial port (V.24)
or LAN.

Web Client

The configuration of NovaTax takes place in a web client. NovaTax’s user interface is displayed in Internet Explorer. As a result, no special application has to be installed at the workplace.

E-mail

In order to reduce manual intervention to a minimum, NovaTax can be configured so that the desired analyses and reports are automatically sent via e-mail.

Data Export

NovaTax can be configured so that the desired analyses and reports are automatically saved in CSV or PDF format in any target directory.
