Once there is a message for you, you are notified of this immediately using various methods. As a result of the integration into your IT environment, you receive an email as soon as there is a voice message or you can have the system send you a SMS. You can then listen to the message from wherever you are or at your desk and immediately decide what you want to do with it. Forward the message to a colleague so he/she can handle it or take care of it yourself by returning the call.
