With NovaConf, you can comfortably and easily prepare and convene conferences, which you can use to discuss important subjects directly with the persons concerned.

The system offers all the conferencing possibilities, which make it easier for you to reach the persons you need. Thus, the Conference Server is able to call and look for you at various telephone numbers.

How to plan and start conferences the easiest possible way:

  • Dial Out
    With conferences programmed to a certain time, you are automatically
    called by the Server and connected to the conference.
  • Dial In
    Alternately, you dial yourself into the conference using the specific
    access data, which you automatically receive in an email.
  • Ad Hoc
    With the simple and clear desktop on the WebClient, you can also
    set up conferences on the spot.

The system is modularly structured so it can be used for small conference systems as well as for larger ones.
