Octalarm-IP
The new Octalarm-IP is a versatile alarm detector with clearly arranged operations. Up to 12 digital alarm inputs and 4 digital outputs can be connected to it. The alarm alerts are transmitted using voice messages or SMS. The possibility of a second call connection is new. If the fixed telephone link is not available, Octalarm-IP switches over to the mobile network. There is an optional plug-in GSM module for this. Severa
You can control machines and systems from a remote location via the fixed line network or mobile network with the Severa Modem / SMS Detector. Contact with the SPC or the process computer on site is established by means of the modem. Fault reports are passed on by means of a SMS message by activating the (maximum of 8) inputs. You can teleswitch or reset your application via the relay output. |

The unique feature here is the integrated emergency power supply; it ensures that an SMS message is sent you in the event of a power failure (voltage breakdown). Because of its compact dimensions and its installation on a DIN rail, the Severa easily fits into every control cabinet.

WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750
NovaAlert is able to communicate with isolated units. WAGO I/O SYSTEM 750 is supported. |

The WAGO I/O System 750 has a modular structure. It consists of the head piece with the RJ45 connection for the LAN, the power supply, an end piece and various upgrade modules that are plugged into the head piece. NovaAlert supports the following upgrade modules:
- 4 and 8 channel digital input for isolated input contact
- 2, 4 and 8 channel digital output for isolated input contacts
- 2 channel analogue input for temperature probe (PT100)
The isolated units communicate with NovaAlert via the LAN and require their own IP address. They are primarily used in adjoining buildings or in large building complexes, where direct wiring is not possible.
For redundant standby servers, the contacts must be tied in via the isolated units.
